Arthroscopic meniscus repair, resection, and transplantation.
Articular cartilage procedures: Debridement / Chondroplasty, Microfracture, OATS (autograft transfer), Autologous chondrocyte implantation, Allograft osteochondral transplantation, DeNovo NT implantation, and others. Some patients may be candidates for articular cartilage repair clinical trials.
Ligament repair or reconstruction to include: ACL, PCL, Medial Patellofemoral Ligament, and others. We utilize various grafts depending on patient characteristics, current scientific data, and patient preference.
Partial and full knee replacement to include: Unicompartmental Arthroplasty (Partial), Patellofemoral Arthroplasty (Partial), and complete primary and revision knee replacement (Total) utilizing different designs and surgical techniques. The most minimally invasive techniques are discussed and utilized based on scientific evidence and optimizing outcomes for a quick recovery and a long-term successful result.
Arthroscopic and open patella re-alignment procedures for patella maltracking and / or instability. These procedures may be performed for articular cartilage problems as well.
Re-alignment knee osteotomy for younger patients with articular cartilage degeneration and poor alignment.
Patellar tendon and quadriceps tendon disorders.
