Dr. Sursal is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in advanced treatments for back and neck pain, minimally invasive and robotic spine surgery, revision spinal surgery, disc replacement, and more. He brings extensive expertise from his training at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Westchester Medical Center, and a fellowship at the University of Virginia Health System.
Recipient of the Charles Kuntz IV Scholar Award, Dr. Sursal is an active member of leading professional associations including theAmerican Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of neurological Surgeons.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys life in Virginia Beach with his family—traveling, running, hiking, playing guitar and piano, and agood game of chess.
